SCHEDULE

The Downtown BBQ Showdown held in Downtown Hattiesburg at Town Square Park will feature some of the finest barbecue competitors around. This year we will offer both Backyard and Professional competitions. Professional Teams compete for over $10,000 in prize money and trophies! 

Public spectators are invited to come and watch but this year teams will not be offering samples and there is no People's Choice Award category. Enjoy some local music, get some lunch from one of our food vendors and keep cool with a selection ice cold soft drinks from Pepsi Cola and beer. Make plans now to the8th Annual Hattiesburg BBQ event! The festival is open to the public on Friday July 19 th from 5 pm - 9 pm and Saturday July 20th from 10:30am- 4pm 2019.
